Jason Christopher Childers™

Jason Christopher Childers™ is an artist and educator living and working in New Orleans.  He was born in Kankakee, IL where he greatly misses the saucebuns and rootbeer from Jaenicke's Drive In.  In 1994 he moved into the country of Beecher, IL.  Then in 2005 he moved into Chicago where he aquired his BFA from SAIC and his MEd from UIC. In 2011 he migrated to the South, into New Orleans, to pursue his MFA and his career in teaching.  He is currently an adjunct professor at Nunez Community College, a painting instructor and video artist at Painting With a Twist, and a sewing instructor with New Orleans Recreation Development Commission.
